2006 Cabernet Franc
This delightfully aromatic Cabernet will surprise if left to breathe for a full 20 minutes. Estate grown and produced with the tannins soft and the palate rich in welcome hints of the blackberry. It is very palatable and ready for drinking immediately; an excellent partner for steaks, roasts, stews and cheese.

2006 Chardonnay
This estate grown chardonnay grape produces mild fruity flavors evolving towards slightly smoky notes, without sacrificing the smooth palate and gentle after taste. The results of this grape surprised the vintner, pleasantly. Excellent with the white meats, fish and pleasurable drinking.

2006 Barbera
This fine, estate grown and produced, medium bodied red wine develops subtle aromas of blackberry and chocolate, so reminiscent of the Yadkin Valley Region. It is round and rich on the palate; excellent with red meats, sausages and sauces for the pastas, as well as sipping for refreshment. $14 ea. $12 ea.
Heidi's Red
A pleasant blend of Barbera and Cabernet franc offering the same smooth palate as the Barbera with a little more fruit on the nose. It has the inherent blackberry and chocolate background but leaning toward a lighter St. Emillion style wine. Excellent with meat, pastas and blue cheeses.
